10 Pastel Dresses Under $40 To Wear This Spring

One of my favorite spring trends, are the fun colors! I love the change in color palettes. There’s something so fresh about going from dreary neutral winter colors, to vibrant pops of color! However, when it comes to spring fashion, my favorite colors to wear are definitely pastels. They are so soft and light! The springy hues just bring a smile to my face. ๐Ÿ™‚

And you’ve got to embrace the only season when it’s acceptable to dress like an Easter egg. ๐Ÿ˜‰

The inspiration for this week’s post came from my Easter dress this year! I LOVED my dress and was basically obsessed with it. Haha. I hadn’t worn this shade of lilac in a long time, so I was a little bit unsure of how it would go. The color was so cheery, I didn’t want to take it off! It inspired me to reach outside of my normal color comfort zone and seek out more dresses and pieces in the pastel palette. So I’ve made a quick round-up of some great pastel dresses I’ve found that are all under $40! They are all SO perfect for spring and the price tags are frugalista approved. ๐Ÿ˜‰

So if you’re looking for some inexpensive spring wardrobe updates, or some color inspiration, take a peek!

This week’s look features my current favorite pastel dress! I snagged this dress in August at a great Banana Republic EXTRA 60% off sale. I fell in love with the dress, with the unique cut and color. I had never seen anything like it! I knew I had to buy it, even though I didn’t really have an occasion to wear it. Then over 6 months later, Easter rolled around and I knew I had the perfect dress! I decided to pair the dress with simple accessories, to make the dress the focal point. I decided on nude wedge heels and a simple gold bangle, with my favorite J.Crew iridescent drop earrings.
